Choose your PRIORITY carefully - Oct 02 '05
Hi All Please - when choosing a priority for your ticket, please give it some careful consideration. An example of an URGENT request would be a server outage etc Please be sure that if you select URGENT as the priority, that your request is in fact urgent. You MUST Be Logged In To Submit A Ticket - Sep 17 '05
In order to submit a ticket you MUST first be logged in. If you have not yet registered for this Support Desk then we will need you to do this first. You only need to register once and then you can login each time you wish to submit a ticket.
